  Unfortunately, I have to add my voice to the milling throng here. I have spent over 6 & 1/2 hours trying to find this patch, and I had to find it via a net search as their tech support is untenable. All they seem to wish to do on their site is sell newer versions of their software. After downloading their patch, I was unable to use it because it searches for an install disk. Coincidentally, the Compaq computer that came with the drive and software preinstalled included no disk (something I'm sure did not escape the awareness of the makers of this patch). The patch also did not recognize the folder where the software is installed. Final result, complete failure. I did get a nice note at the end though which seems to follow their penchant for greed, giving me a link where I could buy new software to replace the software I'd already paid for with the purchase of my computer. Note: Compaq (since purchased by Hewlett Packard) had no patch or resolution either except to buy new software, which has been indicative of the support I've received from Compaq and HP in the past.
