- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Wow! Works like magic. I'm not a Mac Techno-wizard nor do I begin to understand code. I had to hunt around in determining how to install this baby. Finally, a link in your feedback indicated that MacFixit had a solution normal speaking people could understand. They had a screenshot of Safari Preference Pane : MacUpdate:%20Ad%20Subtract%20Automatic%20Screenshot.webarchive (you must register) which indicated that you (1) Download Ad Subtract css code flie (2) Save it on desktop (3) Go to Safari Preference Pane (4) Go to "Advanced " options (5) Choose "Style Sheet" -Other (6) Select Ad Subtract css file from your desktop (7) Hit Choose button (8) Restart Safari and.......bingo! I previously used Safari Ad Block, but Yahoo found a way program ads around this program and invade my privacy by slamming my email box with ads. THANK YOU AD BLOCK GUY!!!! I owe you one
Nice!

Strictly speaking...

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />Strictly speaking, this is not an ad blocker, since the advert material is still downloaded. It's "simply" not displayed within the browser. Having said that, I tried it and found it seems to work very nicely. I've turned it back off for now, but will keep it on hand for, er, moments of desperation. :-)
Wonderful!!!

Just to clarify, though: If you hit a page with blocked content that you'd like to see...change your Style Sheet selection to "None Selected," and the blocked content appears instantaneously...no quitting Safari, no logging out/in...instantaneously.

A superior piece of work

A must have addition to every computer in the house

- This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.<br />This is a wonderful tool. You never know when some garbage will show up on the screen. Whenever my young son and I are doing research, looking for new games, etc., stuff I prefer he not see comes up. With this tool my worries are much reduced. It's very easy to turn this on and off as needed. Of course, it won't block stuff you are purposely trying to view, but this is great for those of us who choose to not see this stuff. The auther should put up a paypal account for donations.
Totally Awesome!!!!

This really needs to highlighted in red or made a sticky on top of everything. 20 star rating from me. I'm going to recommend this to everyone I know.
