• Great tool, but price is wrong.

  The monitoring is great. The notifications actually work and you can customize your threshold for notification.

  Cons

  I wish you could set monitoring of event logs to just save a dump of the event log with a variable constructed name (server_log_date_time_) if errors come up or something. Or run a batch file if errors come up. <p> <p>The part I am mostly unhappy about is that this is not $199. The enterprise version, which is what you have to get if you are going to monitor more than 15 server/devices /(services?) - costs more like $800.

  I downloaded the .exe and then clicked on the .exe to run it and in the middle of it a small box pops up and said - Couldn't find the file and then the Whole thing disappeared!!! How am I supposed to Try it if it won't install itself??? HUH thanks aLot!! and I Really wanted to try it 2...

  This piece of software is just what I was looking for. I've compared with others, and this is exactly what I need. I have a help desk, they need to monitor our servers without being able to change this. Perfect!
