A comprehensive windows and optional web based help desk system. This version ships with a Microsoft format Access database but can be migrated to Microsoft SQL Server.

The include Report Designer allows you to modify the provided reports and although several dashboard style reports are included you can also design your own dashboards. The program makes it easier than ever to quickly produce reports and charts that demonstrate the work of you IT Help Desk. Unlimited staff and users at no extra cost. The optional web interface is provided free to those who purchase a desktop license. No hidden or recurring costs.
