Play the game and receive a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate assured by the CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health). Successful completion of this vocational qualification will help you meet UK law for catering staff to be properly trained.

Youre put into the position of a supervisor on your first day in a restaurant. To prove your worth, you need to make sure your team completes various food hygiene based tasks often against the clock. You need to reach a certain score before you can move to the next stage. You can repeat each stage as many times as you like if you want to move up the leader board. At the end of the game you will receive a food hygiene certificate with a pass, merit or distinction grade. This will reflect your performance throughout e.g. to achieve a merit, you must have achieved a merit score at each stage.
