Selected by Apple in New & Noteworthy. A Basic time App teaches time concepts in a very simple way. The app shows analog clock and gives narration to explain hours, 30 minutes, 15 minutes etc. The app contains various (180+) practice questions for : * Telling Time - Hours * Telling Time - Half Hours * Telling Time - Quarter hours * Quarter past an hour * Half past an hour * Three quarters of an hour * Quarter to an hour The app is designed to be used with an adult's support and supervision. The time app doesn't put pressure on or intimidate kids by timing them or by keeping track of how many they got wrong. Next update will have: * Telling time differences * Time word problems Lastly, while building the app and trying out with kids, we have realized that we ought to explain kids on movement of the hour needle relative to the minute needle. We will add this in our next update.
