  It basically works, though to get the best out of it can be difficult.

  Cons

  Options are not terribly intuitive, which makes getting the most out of this tough to manage. But the worst part is the customer support, which has taken a serious downturn in recent years. At least twice now Digiarty has had to issue new auth codes because of a new system they've implemented. The first time (around 2006) I sent them an email and they promptly provided me with a new code. This time -- and despite providing them with email confirmations of my purchase -- they've refused, claiming I'm not in their system.

  Summary

  Avoid. Instead, try Handbrake: it's free, and you'll get just as good results out of it. Some complain that Handbrake isn't very user-friendly, but recent releases have been pretty simple to use.

  Fast Video downloader/Converter

  -Limited Video Downloader Resolution and audio options, -No noticeable difference at all in resolution quality of video or audio sound from last few previous WINX versions. -Noticeably less final resolution quality than a few other online similiar online downloaders have tested as well. -Program Support response Rude,very generic and not helpful at all, as if they do not care. They did not bother to respond to any addtl Support inquiries!

  Summary

  Compared to similiar Video Downloader/converters have used, this one is limited, still needs better final video Resolution quality options, online video sound cleaning options would be nice too, to make it at least stand out from other Converters/Downloaders used. Hopefully they continue to at least try to improve program and their Support, which is really lacking!

  Pros

  I'm impressed by its well-designed interface and intuitive wizard firstly, making the video conversion easily and effectively as mentioned in the product intro. "ultimate control over video files". I stress rich features in this type of so-called all-in-one program: video converting/editing is newbie-friendly, supports downloading videos from quite a few popular sites youtube vevo dailymotion etc. and the photo slideshow maker also very comes in handy.

  I've not found any weakness in this powerful video software.

  Free edition would not open my DVD's Platinum version opened some of my DVD's Took 12 to 16 hours per disk. Results were scrambled and useless No refund offered and lots of reasons not to refund

  Summary

  Program did not work well on my machine. Customer support offered several fixes, none of which worked. I downloaded someone else's ripper program (at a higher cost), and it worked fine on my machine. I asked for a refund, explained why, but they still refused to refund, even though they have a "30 Day Trial Guaranty". Buyer beware. This ripper got ripped off!

  This is excellent at converting videos to many other formats, no technical knowledge needed and is the fastes convertor I am aware of.

  Cons

  Will not convert to Video T_S and cannot burn to DVD.

  Summary

  Loved version 3 it did everything that I required of it ie converting video files then burning them to DVD which I never had any problems playing in any DVD Player. They then bring out version 4 with a polished interface and even more extras but for some strange reason droped the BURNING software form it so that it no longer will burn, you can't even convert to Video T_S and use another burning software, a step back IMHO.

  winx HD video converter deluxe edition is very useful when u want to convert video formats. it is designed with a wide range of video profiles, from high definition AVCHD, H264, M2TS to standard MP4, AVI, MOV, FLV, and so on. it doesn't require much technology knowledge, every one can operate it to convert.

  It has the muscle to convert almost all the videos. Use it to convert my camera MTS video to iPhone 3GS, the whole process is very fast and smoothy.
