NO SUPPORT, NO REINSTALL!

Pros
There are no pros when you pay for a product you can't reinstall!
Cons
Customer Support via the web page is non-sense. I simply needed to reinstall the purchased software to a new computer (the old one fried). Since I was out side the 60 day free support, no one aknowledge my email and refused to reurn my calls.
Summary
To re-download and reinstall is not asking to much for a product I have purchased. I am a web developer with a small company and use a lot of different software after our equipment went down every company I contacted for reinstallation or re-download gave me no hassle and were very accommodating I showed proof of my purchase and was able to get my product. Wild Forms is the only one who refused to even acknowledge my request.
