This company somehow got it's software installed on my father's PC and started charging without his knowledge. First small charges ($34) once a month, and then a series of $34 charges in a few days that added up to over $500. He has made no calls and not used the service. The credit card company claims they are legit and will not refund. Their charge on your credit card references no phone number for recourse.
Summary
If they are legit, which I doubt, they are designed to prosper by deceipt. The system can get hacked so that others use your account.

DONT USE THIS. They dont tell you that you can not get a refund if you dont like their service. I made one call then nothing but problems!

Works when SkypeOut doesn't, at least for me.
Cons
Spams all my contacts! I'm very ill and because of that nearly deaf. I need all the social support I can get. Voipbuster, don't spam the little support I still have left, *bleep*!

Pros
Very low cost (.01 euro or $0.013511 per minute as of today) for US calls, easy to use. good sound quality with a headset. Small program size. Caller-ID, so your number will be recognizable by those you call.
Cons
There is a slight delay in the audio which is kind of annoying. No U.S. numbers for receiving incoming calls.
Summary
I would recommend this product to others. I would definitely recommend getting a headset, or background noise will be an issue.

voipbuster is better than skype when it comes to free pc to landlines calls.great savings in my mobile prepaid credits.i haven't tried the pc-to-pc & pc-to-mobile services yet.
Just as Skype is going down, this is not a replacement!

Just after a stupid promotional emal that I should have never opened, I signed up and transfered my skype contacts. Big mistake! In seconds ALL OF MY CONTACTS received advertising promo form VoipBuster IN MY NAME!!!!!!

In seconds all of my contacts received advertising promo form VoipBuster IN MY NAME!!!!!! pushing their services as if I was sending the messages. Who the hell had authorized this? I complained immediately to VoipBuster but 1-impossible to contact them.....2-they do not care to respond. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There will be a better alternative to Skype. If not, I will personally do it, I promise. Or I will just go back to good old Ma Bell...............
