Do not ever use this product, it can destroy files

- On the whole, I neither liked nor disliked about this product, it definately changes windows logon screens, but since it can cause system files to corrupt, I give it 2 star rating. I don't know if anyone had this experience that windows resource protection file was corrupted, but here are the symptoms. Windows logon screen turns black. User Account Control corrupted, cannot run files that requires administrative rights. Overall, I have had enough with it.

- There are several products out there that does just as good a job with many more choices and with less rebooting, however.. not many are free and I'm sure with a bit of experimenting this program could be expanded to incorporate more choices but the rebooting would still be in effect. Some people aren't annoyed with rebooting, for them this free version should be just what their looking for.

- The whole reason I downloaded this product was to make my Vista computer look like an XP so that a friend could use it more easily. However, Visual Master would not patch the file for us!

- When I tried to patch the file, I could no longer use my standard Vista theme. I was forced to go for weeks with an Alienware theme which took up a lot of resources, and made my computer slow.
- Summary
- Vista Visual Master was slow, pretty complicated and not very useful. I could not get it to work. The bottom line for this product is that there are many superior alternatives out there.

- It says that I am using a " Patched Theme " and refuses to load a theme. I have tried everything I can think of, including a clean install and it still insists that I have a "Patched Theme"
