None that I can think of.
Cons
Does not load .ctb files so line types are all messed up. Does not 'remember' directories. You have to go find the directory every time you start the program. Only allows three conversions at a time. Not a 15-day trial as posted on CNET. Is not called 'Universal CAD Converter'...it is just another copy of 'Any DWG Converter' which is way overpriced and over-marketed.
