TrackIT is our latest software package and was designed and developed specifically for IT repair companies. Development began in 2012 and has been getting used in a real life situation since January, in a busy computer repair shop. The shop was originally using another piece of software which it found to be complicated and frustrating to use and have been extremely happy with TrackIT, how it performs, and its simplicity.
