In Smurfs' Hide and Seek with Brainy, players search through various scenes for hidden objects such as Brainy Smurf, caterpillars, and other smurfy objects. Players collect check marks to complete each section. If players become stuck they can sneak up to three peeks to help them progress. It features narration and sound effects, 12 unique scenes with many hidden objects, sneak peek functionality for difficult levels, zooming to show even the tiniest detail.
