Awesome Sync Software !!!!!!

Pros
Good reliable sync software.
Intuitive interface
Reliable Sync processes
Cons
Can't think of any.
Summary
The Missing Sync for Android (win) has lots of features to sync multiple data types.
I can sync wirelessly or via USB for media.
This is the complete solution for syncing data on mac and windows.
Support non-existent.

Pros
Satisfactory if you can get it running on the device. Product keys must be a state secret, so I cannot test in on my Samsung Galaxy tablet
Cons
Terrible support. No phone contact. Even the four business days email support claim is a crock. Today is the tenth day and counting.
Summary
will not buy another Mark/Space product. Too many alternative vendors who have a phone system.
Will NOT Sync Notes!
planeguy130
Pros
None that I can think of
Cons
Description says it will sync Outlook Notes... IT ONLY WORKS ON A SMALL HANDFUL OF COMPUTERS
Summary
I bought this SPECIFICALLY to sync MS Outlook notes only to find out that the touted "Note Sync" feature only works on a handful of smart phones... THE HTC EVO IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PHONES.
This is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the description. That is FRAUD, and due to Google Marketplace restrictions it is impossible to get a refund.
Don't waste your money on this garbage!
Does not as advertised
DHnLA
Pros
Syncs music perfectly (although it takes forever).... Notes syncing works fine. Tasks syncing works OK, but my problem with tasks syncing has more to do with the limitations of Fliq Tasks in that task reminders are not included with the sync. wtf?
Cons
But those are about the only things that work properly. The calendar sync sort of works after some cajoling. The contacts sync omits many of my contacts. After the first sync, subsequent calendar/contact syncs all error out.
Summary
I would not recommend this to anyone. This program does not perform as promised. And to think that I have paid $40.00 for a product that, at best, underperforms and, at worst, is a piece of crap is tantamount to robbery. Although Missing Sync products have worked great in the past, this product is not ready for primetime. I based my decision to upgrade to Android from Blackberry because of this product, so now I am considering returing my HTC EVO Shift 4G. The phone will be useless if I am unable to get my commonly-used information from my computer over to the phone properly. Bottom Line: IF YOU HAVE A MAC, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!! ...at least not until Mark/Space fixes the myriad issues that it currently has.
Crashed many times.

Pros
Nice user interface, GUI is attractive.
Cons
Invested 2hours and $40. Probably will not get either: the software to work or a refund.
Summary
Upon install, I paired the MissingSync Desktop (MSDT) with MissingSync HandHeld
(MSHH). Successful.
Upon first attempt to run MSDT, the MSDT crashed twice on first run while setting
up sync rules for Calendars.
I rebooted.
I was then able to complete the setup of MSDT prior to the first sync.
Running sync, SyncMarshall Continually crashes.
I made sure Windows Firewall was allowing the ports mentioned in your tech support
files. I then rebooted the computer, the phone, the router, and the wifi access
points (all of them in sequence).
I made 4 attempts to run the MSDT before it finally did run which then threw yet
another error. See LOG1 below.
I made another attempt. This time the sync began. Several moments later, the MSHH
generated a Force Close.
I ran the software again. SyncMarshaller seems to eb the culprit here. It really
does not seem to like "events" plug in. This is where it crashes. The wily bugger
also managed to delete ALL of my calendar items. good thing I made a back up of the
entire PST file before unleashing your software onto my data! whew. Close call.
So I manually synced each item, one at a time. Notes, Tasks were successful.
Ringtones threw an error: 5/24/2011 4:27:15 AM,3,Ringtone Plugin sync selected
("keep_free") has not been specified in document configuration file.
5/24/2011 4:27:15 AM,1,Ringtone plugin exit
Calendar: Simply selected Calendar's Sync setup crashed the entire MSDT.
Calendar: Now is running, then crashed. Nothing obvious in the log file. SyncMarsha
did not autorestart.
Contacts: Overall green bar goes to 40%. Plugin remains blank. SyncMarshaller
spikes up 50%. Then.. about 10 minutes later.. just out of the blue.. "records
Remaining appears out of nowhere.. and it is nearly complete at 2500+ records. (
have 2600 contacts. Then.. it starts counting backwards to zero? What is that
about?! Anyhow.. checking back in awhile later.. it stalled out about half way thru
the countdown back to zero.. at 1725/2600.. then about 6 minutes later said
"finishing..." It then stopped, and threw an error. see log3contacts.txt
That is when I left it to churn on it over night and went to bed.
Pretty disappointing really. I think I deserve a refund simply owing to all the
hassle.
Great when not quirky

Pros
Syncs my ical, phone book, tasks and notes
Cons
Problems initially with ical imported calendars. May stop working in May after .me account upgrades.
Summary
I have a love hate relationship with this product. When it works it works great but sometimes it gets quirky and stops working. It all worked out in the end but I would like not to have so much trouble.
Disappointed. Ripped off.

Pros
The existance of the sync software which should sync easily with my MacBook Pro helped me decide to purchase an android phone. The HTC Desire Z. what a great phone
Cons
1. does not work properly. It took about 6 hours to get it set up and "sort of" working.
2. too many bugs
3. flic calendar is poor
4. it's completely confused about time zones in iCal
5. Poor customer support from MarkSpace
6. VERY EXPENSIVE
Summary
Do not expect this software to work easily with a MacBook Pro ... it does not
Do not waste your money on the missing sync. it is an early beta version that they are ripping customers off by selling. it should be given away free to developers who can help sort out the bugs before they sell it.
Do not think that flic calendar is a good program. It cannot deal with time zone support in iCal and completely changes the times of appointments when moving to a differnent time zone. then next time it tries to change all the correct appointments in iCal. Now I will have to just use it to sync contacts not calendar. what is the point of that?
Even contacts do not sync well. each time I sync, it spends ages reading all 1200+ contacts instead of only reading the ones that have changed since the previous sync. (OK perhaps I could delete at least half of the contacts which are obsolete but why should I need to?)
didnt sync my htc magic
hemady
Pros
small to download, easy to install
Cons
need to search to driver, when i found it, couldnt sync contacts...
Summary
Program never works

Pros
Would be a great product if it worked.
Cons
Sync dies EVERYTIME. Have lost all my contacts on my phone numerous times.
