• Overly Expensive

  If you pay 800 dollars for photoshop this 400 dollar module will make a website.

  Cons

  You are locked into that one photoshop and one machine till computer dies then you are SCREWED! The geniuses behind sitecrunchers are locked into one photoshop number. ONE! THis is about greed and nothing more.

  Summary

  On my old mac sites the original version of sitegrinder. I got one site out of it. One. It's ability to target clicks , suck. It gets confused. At that point it hadn't the ability to import movies and ONE month after they created an update that could and wanted me to buy it again. ONE month. Good luck with dealing with them.

• Worst Tech Support

  Converts Photoshop layers to web code

  Cons

  Eventually started freezing when loading from Photoshop. It's done it on 2 different computers. I have been painfully in contact with their tech support trying to resolve the issue for the last 6 months. I sometimes have to wait a month to get a response. The last response suggested I purchase their "support plan" for $15 per month to insure a quicker response. WTF? I paid nearly $400 for a plugin for Photoshop, now they want me to pay an additional $180 a year to get a timely response? I bought this so I could maintain our companies website in real time, since the previous web designer was slow. Had I known that Media Lab was going to extort me for money, I would have just hired another person to maintain the site. This is highly unacceptable.

  Summary

  When the software works, it works great. When it doesn't, forget about getting proper tech support unless you are willing to pay a lot more than you envision.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Mar 2, 2013<p/>This should have been 2 stars, and I am being somewhat generous with that.
