  Allows making and receiving skype calls without being stuck next to your computer or PBX.

  Cons

  Requires computer to be on. Some people can't figure it out.

  This program is very flexible. Because of this, some users have difficulty configuring it.

  Pros

  Easy enough to setup and it works. It's Free.

  Cons

  Doesn't wash my dishes.

  Summary

  I tried the trial versions of Uplink, PSGW and SiSky. They either don't work or have serious problems. This program works and gives me no trouble.
