Pros
The online version is zero maintenance. Easy templates for many password types. Shortcuts for auto-login to many websites and to RDP (HUGE TIME SAVER). Reporting on passwords viewed by employees leaving the company is really handy.
Cons
The online version was a tiny bit slow at first. Subsequent updates have fixed most speed issues. Training materials could have been better at walking me through the process.

Pros
It has lots of different secret types. I like the copy to clipboard feature. Being a single-user I can't comment fairly on the multi-user features, but they look very useful. In other words, I would want to know who knew my secrets and all that. I can see where this would be very useful for an organization to manage their passwords and like with confidence without micromanaging their employees.

Ever left a key under the rug outside the door so you can get into the house? <p> <p>Well, imagine putting that key into a safe that's outside your house. <p> <p>And imagine that you can put many keys into the safe. <p> <p>And imagine that you can control which keys a person will see when they open the safe. <p> <p>And imagine that the safe would remember who has taken out which keys. <p> <p>Good job. You've just imagined a few of the features of Secret Server. <p> <p>If you have information that you need to save, but it's sensitive enough that you don't want people finding it easily, get this product.
Cons
This is version one. If it's this good at version one, I look forward to versions 2 and 3.

There are so many secrets to remember. It's nice to have them all in one place.

Pros
I have so many secrets that it is hard to remember them all. I end up with post-it notes on my monitor and tend to use the same password for everything. Secret Server is so nice not only to free up some space in my mind, but it also helps me create more secure passwords that are different for each login. On top of that, it is great to be able to share the secrets with groups of people. <p> <p>It puts my mind at ease to have a place to get all my secrets when I forget. And I tend to forget a lot.
