The product is excellent and really enhances audio.
Cons
The price advertised is $29.99, yet when you go to purchase, you are referred to DTS website where the price is 10 times more.
Summary
Looks like a corporate scam and I will be a bit more cautious using CNet again.

Good sound, really improves my Realtek soundcard.
Cons
The customer service, their customer policy is that all digital sales are final... so if you're not happy with your digital download for any reason, that basically means you will get no refund, no compensation, nothing, zip, nada, if something happens to the software. Even if you've paid for it and have a licence. They also do not respond to emails.
Summary
This is a case of buyer beware because of the company, it's good software, but I would suggest look for an altnerative.

I have no opinion, because Sandbox did not work.
Cons
It does not work with my computer. DFX and SRS are similar as they both over boost the treble, but do not enhance the music.
Summary
Check out Breakaway, it is much better then any others. It gives you the right amount of sound balance and adjustments.
Doesn't work anymore, messed all sound up.

It used to be good software...
Cons
Slow install, had to mess with my computer's configuration to make the program happy. Killed the sound completely, no matter what settings were changed. Couldn't get my sound back until I uninstalled it and rebooted.
Summary
This wasn't worth the bandwidth to download, let alone the $30.00 they have the audacity to ask for it. It's excrement.

SRS HD was unstable on my Windows 7 machine. No apparent customer support

After several months it became flaky. I uninstalled it and this cured a couple of problems. When I tried to re-install the install program hangs. I used the task manager to kill the install program. SRS has not responded to requests for help. They don't really seem to have a customer support organization
