QuickDic restored for Android

This is largely for users surprised by the removal of the original QuickDic app.The original dictionary files got lost, it offers some I had locally, some I was sent and I regenerated all EN-* ones - but I am very unsure of the quality.To restore more I would need some help, get in touch if you have other dictionary files or know how to better create new ones, or spot any significant issues with the new dictionaries.Source code is available here: https://github.com/rdoeffinger/Dictionary but no documentation so far.Uses data from Wiktionary and Beolingus to generate dictionary files that can be used offline.
