Pros
Best in Game App ever! Do many things while playing full screen games without Alt+Tab. Great UI. Huge amount of features (Facebook, Skype, Twitter, Browser, Screen shots, Video recording and more). Many game specific mini-apps. Share with friends.
Cons
Works only with supported game list (Around 300 games). Still in beta
