  Basic options - not too sophisticated so easy to use

  The "free Trial" version only highlights a few duplicates but does not give you the option to automatically delete - therefore it is a good demo but useless to do any meaningful removal of duplicates. It's also easy to delete "false duplicates". The main problem is that the small print of the purchase agreement effectively means that 4Team can (and do) end technical support and customer service after a one year period UNLESS you purchase the latest "upgrades". In reality this means that you are purchasing a one year licence for the software and it's probable that it will cease to work after one year (unless you buy the "upgrade").

  Summary

  Do you want to pay $25 a year for a simple utility??

  Pros

  Installation was very easy. The program has a nice interface.

  You don't get much from the free version. Only tells you that duplicates exist. Also, this program is not needed for Outlook 2016 which has its own duplicate remover built in.

  Summary

  My inbox boxes were filling up with duplicate files making it harder to sort through. I searched on the web and downloaded ODIR. Turned out that version could not be installed on Outlook 2016. I also downloaded Deduper and that had issues with installation. Finally I tried this program and it installed easily. However, the free version only says that some duplicates exist. It isn't much of a trial before they want you to risk $29 a year (really??). I then did another search and found out that Outlook 2016 has a clean-up function that removes all the duplicates quickly. This may be good for earlier versions of Outlook (I do not know if they have a clean-up function) but it is totally unnecessary for Outlook 2016.

  Pros

  Really helped me dealing with duplicates. I had a lot of duplicates in my contacts folder, and was searching for a solution. Duplicate Remover helped me a lot, it is easy to use and works well. Can assure you what their customer and tech support is really good, as I've been using Sync2 for a long time, and they've been helpful all the time.

  Pros

  I am using Outlook in my bussiness, so I am doing big work with it. I have lots of contacts, a numerous of different calendars. So I cant avoid duplicated events or contacts. I decided to try this stuff. I am using another tool from this company which works excellent. I have contacted sales representative to discuss about solutions. Sales representative was very friendly. I have purchased and installed this soft. Worked amazing, its easy to use, works fast. No duplicates after using this remover.

  Software seemed to work ok.

  I had a lot of trouble in the beginning, but was never able to reach tech support. So I put the project of cleanup on the back burner. Then when I later lose portions of my hard drive I was not able to re-install. I looked everywhere online to figure it out. I called in and the guy tells me if I want to install it that's fine but I can't activate it. Because the support is gone. I never even used the software to fix the initial problem I had. And he's telling me I have to buy it again. No thanks. if you don't stand behind your product any more than that I don't want that type of BS in my life. I was quite frankly astonished. Your product registration email indicates you can reinstall it no problem. Where they get you is that they don't tell you that you can activate. Well that's kind of the important part. They say no support after one year... ok i get that no problem... But to call the activation code accessing support GIVE ME A BREAK. Very underhanded.

  I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.

  I do not know what are you talking about. I find the installation process to be very user friendly. What I loved the most about this program that it detects junk contacts and allows you to update them with useful data ore simply remove. I recommend this Outlook Duplicate Remover to other Outlook users.

  no support after purchase. Requested help several time and all I got was a auto reply. Does NOT work on I Cloud, by the way.
