I found that Faststone Imageviewer does bulk conversions from any image to PDF. Try that it is totally free. FastStone deserves 10 Stars Briliant

Pros

Works ok, all the sales pitches get annoying.

Cons

If you try to convert a multipage TIFF into PDF, it loses all but the first page.

Pros

Listed under "free" if it was actually free. This is FREE TO TRY with no useful, advertised features.

Cons

Uninstall doesn't remove all traces of the program and produced an error when removing the program in control panel. This is just sales pitch software. Worse; this is bad sales pitch software. Thank you for wasting my time.

Summary

I didn't actually use the product. The "restart required" installation and sales message when opening the program was enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
