Pros
The online version works great on my Macbook and IPad. Ease of use. Consolidates scheduling, contacts, expenses and tax reporting into one place. Great customer support.

None, it's been a life changer.

I also tried downloading from the main company (maybe an updated version of the software). It would quit immediately upon starting the application. Multiple correspondence with tech support yielded no solution. They claim if you are on Mountain Lion, it will work. But they also aren't planning on upgrading future mac products.
