The measurement continues until you press the button again. This displays an average value and a maximum value of the measurement. You can then choose to name the measurement and save it or share it. We have chosen to remove the so-called noise calculator because it was not fully reliable. Note that most mobile phones have microphones that are designed for a frequency range corresponding to the human voice.
