Can't install on win8.1

- I've used Nero wave editor in the past. I haven't a clue about audio editing, but this was easy to use and useful for the few things I wanted to do. Fun too. I was prepared to buy a whole Nero suite to get it again, which isn't to say that I would have a problem with other features of any Nero suite. I've had it before too. But it looks like you can only get the wave editor free. My evil hitchiker, Softonic, did not want me saying no thanks to OpenCandy. That sent me in search of something to clean my system with. Thanks Download.com!

- You have the choice to be smart and stay away from opencandy.

- Anything with opencandy is to be avoided. Opencandy looks at what you do for their research without your permission. It also installs without your permission. Wave Editor will not install without installing Opencandy. Any organization that uses such tactics is to be avoided. Who is to say what they do with the stolen info form your computer. Run Away Now!!!!!!
