Summary

Excellent features, especially the ones for additional principal payments. Possibly a little pricey for a home user looking for something to amortize mortgages and other loans.

Summary

It lets you calculate interest rate, payment amount, loan life time, and principle. It can also generate a payment schedule that you can make changes to accomidate for late payments and overpaments or change in interest rate. I think its a great program.
