  What I liked doesnt outweigh what I didnt.

  I tried to contact support SIX times for questions. I got no response from either support..robert f or klangrausch. These people do not stand behind their product, after you have paid them. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Use media monkey or winamp.

  Product was fine with the exception of the lyrics functionality. I dislike not getting a response after the cash has exchanged hands. Poor Business ethics.

  Cool interface- that's about it.

  Cons

  Interface is difficult to navigate- it's cool but not intuitive. Lyric and art search is well below the standards of other apps. Tech Support/Customer service is literally non-responsive.

  Summary

  Pass on this one and try something else.

  Everything about it.Its Fast unlike any player i got, fast search, fast load time Great help button and even more online. Drag and Drop function. Love the Options. Album art ,Lyrics,Similar Artists, I can go on

  i cant find my id3tags in other music players -songbird, windows, realplayer. Very exclusive to itself

• Awesome Album-Art-centric Jukebox

  Album-art centric, easy access to current artists work, as well as historical playlists, easy art update, cool GUI.

  Earlier versions had trouble with CD art updates, but this seems to have been addressed. Filter in numerous ways that matter to the listener. Left pane shows all albums by current artist, right side tracks a historical playlist. Nice. Middle show music playing and the bottom is a scrollable panel of all albums as you have filtered them....by year, genre, similair, tracks you play often, tracks you have never played, etc. I've tried them all, and this ranks in the top 3 with Medi Jukebox 12, and MediaMonkey.

  Immediately after download and installation, when trying to open the product received a banner msg saying trial period over, must pay to use. Sent an email to the company but have not heard back.
