Invoice Organizer Deluxe for Windows

Invoice Organizer Deluxe provides a simple way to create detailed invoices and quotes. While it handles the data very well, its output could stand more professionalism.

The program's interface initially concerned us. It has a lot of empty space and some small command icons that don't make immediate sense to the user. Luckily, the Help file's examples set us straight and quickly showed how everything worked together. The program has a Wizard-like window that lets you easily enter all your invoice information, such as customer specifics, goods and services provided, discounts, taxes, and many other points. Invoice Organizer Deluxe also lets you create quotes using the exact same layout. A password-creating feature is a nice touch. We liked how the program was simple to populate and navigate, but we were disappointed by the plain, unprofessional look of its interface. We've tested other software that allows you to insert your company logo and print invoices laid out like traditional invoices. Invoice Organizer Deluxe could benefit from such a feature. Ultimately, we thought that the designers truly missed an opportunity to make this a fantastic program with a more professional layout. Appearances aside, the program handled our information well. It's a serviceable but aesthetically unappealing option for business users.

Invoice Organizer Deluxe has a 30-day trial. It installs desktop icons without permission and leaves folders after uninstalling. While the program could have a more professional layout, it did provide all the necessary invoice information. We recommend it, but just barely.
