• Decent product-crappy support!!!

  Easily set up, but can get confusing.

  Worse support I've ever had from a company-took 30 days to get an email question answered. I'm including their response-"Geeze...it took a month because it took a month..." Needless to say, I intend to remove their software from my computer!

  I found the application to be slightly above average after comparing it to several other options. I thought it was a bit over-priced but paid the price anyway. Did I ever! When I asked for help with a problem generating monthly statements, not only did I NOT get an answer, but I had to defend myself to the "Support Staff" because he/she felt that I had bruised his/her ego. Overall, this is not a bad attempt at a real invoice application. BUT, the hugely over-priced cost is WAY out of line with the type of support you might expect - don't expect to find answers from them. On the other hand, if you don't mind paying $120 for $50 software and then begging (politely and only in a complimentary fashion) for help when you need it, carry on! This is the right software for you. I would not recommend it based soley on the "support" issue alone. Not to mention the absurd price tag it carries.

  It took me all day, testing various applications, to find a good invoice generator. This one has just what I needed! The software keeps and maintains detailed lists of customers, vendors, products, employees, and generates great invoices and reports. It even tracks Inventory! Excellent!
