  quick to install, had hdmi audio in no time

  none. there just needs to be more downloads so people of the internet can become more aware of this solution to their hdmi audio problems

  Summary

  my laptop didn't give hdmi as a playback option. it did show my tv, but putting it to default didn't help, and my tv manual simply said to use audio from your computer. so just when i gave up hope after hours of following different tips on the internet, i searched download hdmi audio sound driver for windows 8 and here i am, finally getting the sound i wanted. i barely know what any of this means, i'm just glad there was a simple solution after all
