  Did not have good experience trying to download player Tried to use with windows 8 just messed up my computer would never work or download Then tried to download player on a windows 7 computer all it would do is freeze half way through Contacted customer support that took at least 10 days to respond then gave mean a list of things to try and said if this did not work contact them again Canceled my service the same day I subscribed and asked if I could get a refund since I never used the service because I could not get it to work NO REFUND and NO MENTION OF MY REQUEST FOR ONE But finally got my cancellation after sending three request

  In my experience and opinion I would not use Game Tap

  Pros

  It has quite a few of the older games I was looking for and the price is reasonable.

  Cons

  Can't use PayPal to upgrade, support is terrible, hard to get plugin to download- Finally had to downlod FireFox to get it to work- forget using IE8. After upgrading I could no longer get Shining Force 1 or 2 anymore which was one reason I subscibed.

  Summary

  Bordering on like or dislike. Seriously thinking of discontinuing service.
