Worthless. It says "please wait..." then nothing

I asked for conversion of LWP to TXT. Selected a file. The "please wait" appeared. After 30 minutes, I came back here to comment.
Summary
I don't understand their business model at all. How is making me wait going to generate revenue for them?

Easily converts files.
Cons
When converting AVI to GIF there is a HUGE loss of frames and the frame rate changes.
Summary
DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO CONVERT AVI TO GIF! Other than that, it is fine.
