This software offers a solution for users who want to convert US city, town or state names or zip codes in a selected block of cells in MS Excel. The software allows the user to choose to convert zip codes to the names of the cities, with or without the state name. Alternatively City names can be converted to zip codes, which can be displayed alone, with the state or with the city and state. The refined list of options in the pop down menu includes versions with or without commas and options to re-format shorter zip codes or 9 digit codes to the required 5 number length. With this time saving application, even large batches of zip codes or locations can be converted with just one click.
