Bugfix: switching to a new test sometimes caused unexpected outcomes.
Bugfix: "Compile selected questions" always showed test questions, when available.
Bugfix: adding categories of questions to a test now updates any preexisting questions.

Bugfix: categories whose names are too long are now printed on several lines, in the report.
