  Reading posts from other, just wanted to add my comment. After 30 days some features are disabled, but most (mail server, webmail, calendars, document sharing) keep working. I have been using this product for almost a year now, and I haven't paid a cent, but I am considering purchasing it for secure chat, spam filters, and all the rest!

  It's really look great but it's not so easy to install and use like Kerio Mail Server... it has some basic problems with DOMAINs and Windows Service. If you have already working a Mail Server don't waste your time in this.

  I am impressed with the following: 1. Ability to deploy on multiple database platforms (mysql, sql server 2000) 2. Using apache as the web server 3. Fully customizable profiles and interface, allowing you to limit a users view by role/profile Wishlist: 1. Deploy on unix platforms 2. Ability to schedule and publish the calendar..and ftp it to another location in html form. 3. ability to send meeting notices via text messages to cell phones 4. Remote installations.

  great for small business. impressive list of features. IM engine, Group mail and calendar are great feature. I think I may buy the pro version to keep allt he features.

  Was searching around for a webmail program (like Hotmail) which could save attachments to the remote computer where the program is running. This program does it, you can attach files from your own or the remote computer, and save it to your own or to the remote computer (something which programs running at several hundred dollars don't even seem to do). And it's free!! Great interface and easy to use. I love internet...

  I have tried some collaboration software in the past and it turned into a technical nightmare including exposing my computer to the Internet resulting in my ISP provider shutting me down. DeskNow is unbelievable. I have not had a single glitch or security issue, it installs and works like a charm. I use it for collaboration among a couple of marketers for calendar, contact and file sharing. The interface is intuitive and straightforward and it does everything and more than I need. The best part is the base license is free.
