Simple and easy to use for small trading company
fdtoo- Pros
- It does not required a person to do much setting/configuration. Sub-module interface directly with GL module, requires no clearing account. You would get basic reports, like PL,BS,Cash Flow and forms like Invoice, delivery order.
- Cons
- The forms are pre-configured with the creator's company name, hardcoded in the form header. There are no function provided for purchase order or sales order.
- Summary
- I wish the author could incorporate a feature for multi-currency transaction. It would definitely helps to have some segmental reporting too. Anyway, it does not requires a high-tech person to run this tool. There are installation guidelines provided in the author's website. Setback is, you need SQL Server to support its database.
