Category Manager displays your Outlook categories in a side-bar, with that you can assign very quickly categories to any Outlook items. Get a reminder if you forgot to assign a category, or force users to assign one to specific item types. You can print, export, import and synchronize your categories - from Outlook 2007 on also with colors; and decide yourself whether to overwrite your Master Category List or to only add new categories. Version 3.0 supports Outlook 2007.
