We are a liquor store in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and purchased the PC America hardware and software for our new business 11 months ago. We demonstrated several different options before choosing PC America and we could not be happier with our choise. We would recommend this system to any retailer. The system is user friendly but also provides all of the necessary functions you need to run your business. The customer support and service from the beginning was fantastic and the technical support we have received since our purchase and opening has been the same.

I have been trying to get answers for weeks. Sent emails to everyone I could find. Still cant even get the upgrade that was bought. Next stop is the NY Attorney Generals office. Like the other guy said. Dont buy, use someone else.

Pros
This software is the best POS software I've ever used. Its colorful, it looks good on the screen. Easy to configure and setup up, once you learn how to get your inventory in. The ease of use of the system makes it easy for my elderly mother to use. Tech support is great!!! There are times when the calls go over seas, but the techs are knowledgeable and I have never been on the phone all that long. Also able to use the system without inventory in...can quick add items Hardest part is getting the system set up!
Cons
Cash drawer opens on all transactions, but I am using a printer that they do not support.
Summary
I would definitely recommend this program. It makes running my business so much easier. This program is stellar!

it works but not quite

does not work on 64bit OS but the salerep Elisa sold and built me the 3 desktop anyway. ordered on dec and shipped mid feb after the store were opened..no one picks up the phone even sales manager steve does not reply. tech spends more than 80 hours with support and still does not work..no one care about the $12k i spend over there. credit card pin pad does not work and they dont want to fix it.

Do Not Buy .. get something else
