  We are an experienced user of all types of software. Have been totally unable to use this product. Total waste of our $200. (We bought the newest version). No Phone, no response to e-mail, no support. CNET SHOULD STOP ALLOWING THE DOWNLOAD FROM THEIR SYSTEM.

  It looks like a great software if it worked at least 50% of the time

  Unfortunately I purchased it without doing the proper research. Very clunky software that crashes and I have tested it on multiple computers. You get some $%&*#(^$# errors constantly that do not tell you anything and you cannot find any support online anywhere including RocketSales website. Stay away. Right now I am sending 1000 emails and I get 3 errors that I have to click "OK" to send each email.

  Does manage to collect emails once you figure out how to do it.

  Beginner mail software users will likely be frustrated with this program. It's not intuitive and there is absolutely no tech support -- even AFTER you pay for the program. (They promise email support, but then never respond. There is also no phone number to call.) <p> <p>The instructions in the help section are confusing at best. In the four months I've had this program, I've only figured out how to capture emails. Then it was only for one list. And I couldn't figure out how to manage that list. <p> <p>Advanced mail program users may find this program useful. This was the first mail program I tried and I feel like I've thrown my money right out the window. <p> <p>I'm also really turned off by the promise of tech support only to be ignored completely. I will not use another Anconia product.

  Pros

  very easy to learn. I had the whole thing up and running in no time. The tracking feature is the best along with its analysis tools. I've been waiting for something like this. It saves me tons of hours programming code to do what this program does. All in one package. To the last comment made, "This business has recently come to our attention.." at the BBB only means that the company is new.

  This product is great. After we purchased RocketSales we had tech support for about six months, then everything stopped. Now they won't return any of the emails, there is no phone number or any way to contact them. I checked them out at the Better Business Bureau and it said something "This business has recently come to our attention...". I'd advise holding off on this product until all the facts are in.
