  Pros

N/A - since I could not even get it to work

  Cons

N/A - since I could not even get it to work

  Summary

I could not load a single file to convert, so I could not use the program. Upon the final part of installing the program I clicked the finish button and I received the error message, which I believe is the reason for the failure.
