  Frequent updates, Many modules, Very or the most affordable software with more features than a more expensive software. Good Support.

  The new version of the software dosent have bugs. The beta version of the software was bugy. The new update is fabulous and has more features added to it at the same affordable prize. People who have mentioned the cons should try it again as it does not have bugs now.

  Best software ever, a lot of features makes it very acceptable. used it a couple of times and no errors with the current version. Already told a lot of my friends about it and they are ready to roll with it. Every hospital needs this. very simple to use.

  It didn't cost me a dime to wastes 30 minutes of my life

  Extremely buggy! Non-intuitive. I keeps crashing when searching for a file that doesn't exist, the payment screen uses the Indian Ruby currency (hint to where this was written) The selection tables are old non-clickable Windows 95 style. There is no input validation on the fields (so you can enter "blue" for a patients birthday. The background images used are actually pulled straight from Google image searches! It claims to have a patient billing module which is is nothing more than a screen to enter a payment (again not in US dollars) there is no real patient account management, insurance billing, HCFA forms, ICD-10 looks are a complete joke. Every minute an annoying message pops up telling you to hury up and buy the software, and worst of all, there is no way in the world you could manage a one doctor, one patient medical practice with this program, let alone a hospital.

  I am a software engineer and experienced technical analyst. I have worked in the IT industry and healthcare sector for almost 10 years. I am amazed this program is getting so many downloads. What you are looking at is garbage VB/Access driven program put together by Indian programmers trying to sell a cheap product in the United States. Don't waste your time installing this program, you will only uninstall it after 30 minutes. If you do it anyway and agree with my review then please leave a comment. If there had been more than just one comment about this software I may have never installed it in the first place.

  If you try to enter data it gives error and automatically shuts the programme.

  A very good programme is going useless due to some error. it wasting the time of clients also. why not anybody repair the error and reinstall.
