Does a decent job but don't expect any customer support

Pros
It does the basic job of what it is supposed to do.
Cons
Can't transfer items to Excel to easily look at all the details of your list. Help section is very vague on many issues such as this. No tech support, they say there is but there isn't.
Summary
Haven't been able to get all the information from a older version to transfer over. Help section is very vague on many of the items. Tried tech support but there is no phone number and they won't email back. So basically that makes this product worthless if you have any issues with it, and you will!
