Not only is this the 65 year anniversary of Miracle-Ear, the Miracle-Ear Franchise Systemcame to life in 1983 30 years ago. Each year we have met to celebrate, renew, and learn - through hard times and great times. From Acapulco to Minneapolis, from Miami to Hawaii, we have come together and shared what we know as we have watched the system grow. This meeting sees us moving into a stronger on-line position and making use of more technology, more information gathering, and more strategic positioning than ever before. We are driving at trying to improve our business intelligence/ data management understanding our customer & understanding our industry. Taking what we have and what we know and expanding on that, and then creating more knowledge and information and driving the effort and the results. Much of this has to do with capturing the opportunity of an increasing population that needs to be served. This requires an understanding of how to use the on-line space, and how to reach them. We need to know more about these customers. This meeting will be based on how to use the information we have and how to gain additional information. As our theme says We are on a Mission.
