Nice program but lacks filtering functionality

Pros
Nice program and has more useability than lots of others I have seen.
Cons
It did not solve my problem because the http filtering (restrictions when clients are browsing)is not unique per ip address or adress group. I always wonder why developers go through so much trouble to create the foundation then leave out that extra bit that will make the program work well.
