Quite through and complete toolset. Works quite well, but you had better know what you are asking it to do as it can be dangerious (like all 'clean-up' toolsets).
Cons
Expects you to know what you are doing (which I like). "Newbees" need to be careful as it can suggest deletions, etc., that you may need for your systems hardware/software configuration.

1) Wouldn't let me reactivate disabled startups! 2) Who know's if its advice to delete all these things in your system is safe 3) Odd user interface, doesn't work with Windows large fonts 4) Confusing what all the options do. 5) Must confirm quit?!!

Did a number on the registry.
Summary
After I use the registry cleaner my computer would not even start any browser. I finally did a system restore to a time before I installed this. I will not be trying it again. It must be for advanced users. There is no way to tell what it is going to do.
