  The program works. It is like a computer browser.

  Cons

  Upon first use the program asks you to provide the eBay login information (that is fine), then asks you to purchase it for $59.99 and offers you a discount to $45.xx. There is no trial button or trial anything (I could not find it).

  It might work well, but you have to purchase it to try it.

  Nothing. Didn't even try it. I don't want a third party web site to have my EBAY credentials.

  Have to supply EBAY login and username. (What a load of cr*p). Also have to pay $45 bucks.

  Summary

  Don't recommend this ... Would instead recommend stand alone software that runs on your PC and maintains a connection with EBAY from your PC to check on your auctions. (If there is such a thing).

  I downloaded this only to find it is not free to try. They offer a 30-day money back guarantee -- but that's still not FREE to try in my opinion. I hate to give low marks to a good program, but at the same time this is meant to help others who will download under false promises. Unless you want to pay $50 immediately to try this, don't bother downloading.

  UI is fairly clean and easy to use, but it's not been updated in waaay too long. When first started using this app 2+ years ago, it was above average. Now many better apps available. If you're interested in wasting $$ and not winning this is for you.

  Real experience for 2+ years - here evaluating new options because now losing auctions says it all (eBay does not show bid entered so getting shut-out), Email Support only way to connect - no phone number & 'bus address' is residential - Get picture?

  Summary

  This was once a solid app, but they suffer with delusions of granduer that simply aren't merited given the app's current performance. Compared to other apps out there Powersnipe is also waaay overpriced. Most important this app is NOW BEING BEATEN by other sniping apps which are working with better code. If you're evaluating sniping apps, heed these words of advice and look elsewhere.

  Easy to use, works when the computer is off.

  Cons

  Poor costumer service - they needed 5 days to activate the software, and that after many mails, threats, etc. You have to dowload each product one by one - no mass downloading possible.

  Summary

  Some improvements needed but I prefer the soft to Auction Sentry, which appears to be almost abandoned but the new owners.
