I installed and even went to the company website for more info and i STILL couldnt get it to work. Spend the money and get DVR-MS Converter instead!
Easy to use once you figure out it is ni Media Center in More programs. Realitively fast
Colors were almost inverse. If you start an edit, and then choose to abort the file creation, it keeps trying to execute every time the service is re-started.
Simple, works perfectly, works with the remote - no keyboard required. I like pulling and saving clips from shows. dCut works perfectly for this, and even works with High-Def shows!! Thanks Dan.
Quick download...you simply start the dCut service, then open Windows Media Center...you can find dCut in "Other Programs"...start it and you can edit, compress, or edit AND compress files...Seems like the file size drops about to about a third of original size.
It took me a few minutes to figure out that you run this through the media center...but other than that, its a simple program that works as advertised. Definitely worth having to reduce file sizes and edit out commercials if you record tv.
This product sounds neat, however as an experienced user on downloads, this version of 0.95.1 beta, is exactly the same as 0.95
It takes several moments to load, and I couldn't get it past the initial screen. Though unlikely, it could take hours before functioning.
I'd like to see a Drag & Drop beta application someday... possibly in version 1.0
