Publisher's Description
From coconut-flavour:
coconutWiFi displays you a small aqua-bubble at the top of your screen which indicates whether you're in range of a wireless network or not. The app also tells you if the wireless networks in your range are encrypted or open, so you won't miss the next open wireless network any more. It also shows up information about the found networks like the channel number or the bssid.

"A neat utility."
Version: coconutWiFi 2.0
Pros
Works welll. Picks up and lists the networks available.
Cons
None noted at this time.
Summary
I install this as part of the "Cooconut Suite" on all the Macs that we have in our lab. On the desktop units it is redundent, but on the portables it is great. Well worth the download and install.

"Works Fine on 10.4.2"
Version: coconutWiFi 1.0
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
Works Great on 10.4.2 (on my new 12" powerbook)... all I have to do now is work out how to configure my laptop to latch into one of these hotspots... (a mini tutorial on how to do this would make this even better!)
