  Pros: That it's free.

  Cons: Not enough feature to make a good theme.

  Summary: Try Artisteer for a lot better.

  Version: Wordpress Theme Generator 1.0.0.12

  "Not able to install"

  Pros: None that I'm aware

  Cons: I'm always skeptical of programs that hide who wrote them. Who is the developer? Were is there website?
  
  Downloads additional software! While the download here was checked for viruses by Cnet, is the additional software the installer downloads?

  Summary: Be very, very careful.
