Pros: None that I found.
Cons: If you're looking for an Excel to HTML converter, look elsewhere.
Summary: Don't waste your time with this one.
1. Won't convert xlsx files
2. Didn't convert dates in xls files
3. Background shading in the cells of the xls files were not in the converted html documents
