This same program appears under a number of different names. Don't waste your time with it. It's a scam to try and get you to buy the paid version, which might be rubbish as well.

If you're looking for an Excel to HTML converter, look elsewhere.
Summary
Don't waste your time with this one.
1. Won't convert xlsx files
2. Didn't convert dates in xls files
3. Background shading in the cells of the xls files were not in the converted html documents
4. After converting there is a large text message in the html document that says to buy the full version
